Welcome to EnglishSpeak (accessible at englishspeak.in). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them thoroughly prior to creating an account or initiating a free trial.

2. Service Description

EnglishSpeak is an AI-powered conversational speech platform designed to help users practice spoken English through interactive speaking exercises, topic prompts, real-time audio analysis, and automated teacher feedback.

3. User Accounts & Learners of All Ages

EnglishSpeak is open to learners of all ages who are capable of reading, speaking, and comprehending basic English. Children, students, and young learners can access and use EnglishSpeak with the consent, guidance, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who registers the account and manages billing. The account holder assumes responsibility for supervising the child's learning sessions.

4. Subscription, Pricing & Strict No-Refund Policy

EnglishSpeak is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription:

• 7-Day Free Trial: All new accounts receive 7 calendar days of full, unrestricted access at zero cost. Users may evaluate all features before any billing occurs.
• Monthly Subscription: Following the 7-day trial, the subscription automatically bills at ₹50/month via authorized payment gateways (Razorpay).
• Strict No-Refund Policy: Because an extensive 7-day free trial is provided and digital compute resources are immediately allocated upon billing, all processed subscription fees are strictly non-refundable in whole or in part. Please refer to our dedicated Cancellation and No-Refund Policy for detailed terms.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your account Billing settings. When you cancel, future automatic renewals are stopped immediately, and you retain uninterrupted access until the end of your active paid billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EnglishSpeak solely for lawful language learning purposes. You shall not submit hateful, defamatory, or harmful voice audio, nor attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the underlying speech recognition infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, user interfaces, pedagogical content, and speech assessment algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of EnglishSpeak. Your voice recordings remain your personal property, used solely to compute your feedback and metrics.

8. Limitation of Liability

EnglishSpeak is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific educational or exam scores (e.g. IELTS/TOEFL) and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
