Strict No-Refund Policy Notice
EnglishSpeak provides an unrestricted 7-Day Free Trial so every learner can fully evaluate the platform, AI speech diagnostics, and learning curriculum with zero financial commitment before any charge occurs. Consequently, all subscription charges (₹50/month) once processed are strictly non-refundable.
1. 7-Day Unrestricted Free Trial
Every new user receives full, unrestricted access to EnglishSpeak for 7 calendar days at zero cost. During this period:
- You can practice any daily conversation topic and speak as much as you like.
- You receive full AI teacher feedback, grammatical corrections, and pronunciation scores.
- You can cancel anytime before Day 7 ends without incurring any fee.
2. Non-Refundable Subscription Fees
Once your 7-day trial concludes and your recurring monthly subscription of ₹50/month is charged:
• No Pro-Rata or Partial Refunds: Payments are non-refundable in whole or in part, regardless of account activity, usage frequency, or early cancellation.
• Digital Content Delivery: Because EnglishSpeak is an instantaneous digital software service whose cloud compute and AI resources are provisioned immediately upon billing, statutory cool-off withdrawal rights do not apply once digital service delivery has begun.
• Duplicate Charges: In the rare technical event of an accidental duplicate transaction processed by the payment gateway, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time with zero hassle directly inside your account:
- Log in to your EnglishSpeak account.
- Navigate to your dashboard sidebar and select Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle. You will retain full access until the end of your prepaid period.
